Throughout my career, I’ve consistently found myself in roles where there wasn’t yet a clear way of working. Whether managing fitness clubs, building local fundraising operations from the ground up for a non-profit in Sri Lanka, or coordinating international teams, I’ve naturally gravitated towards creating structure, improving processes and helping people do their best work.
I’m particularly interested in how AI can strengthen operational thinking—not by replacing human judgement, but by making it easier to organise information, identify opportunities and build systems that scale.
